Sébastien Tanzilli is a Research Director at CNRS, working at the Institut de Physique de Nice (INPHYNI, Université Côte d’Azur), where he leads the team “Quantum Photonics & Information”. He has a 20-year experience in the field of fundamental quantum optics and photonic-based quantum information science, finding applications in quantum communication networks and quantum metrology. He is currently in charge of Quantum Technologies for the CNRS, and coordinates the CNRS research network on “Quantum Engineering, Foundations & Applications”.
